Why Wax Your Vehicle Regularly?

Most people have heard that it is a good idea to wax your car regularly... but not everybody knows why. What benefits do you stand to gain by waxing your car? Let's take a look.
Beautiful Glossy Finish
How do you get back to that shiny, new car finish? Wax. When you wax your car, the shine and gloss of the paint will come back. Washing simply removes the dirt, but waxing revitalizes the paint molecules.
Your Car Will Stay Cleaner
Beyond restoring the shine to your paint, wax will actually repel the dirt that your car picks up by driving down the street. It also creates a barrier between your paint and the rest of the world, keeping other airborne contaminants embedded in the wax and away from your car.
Prevent Paint Chips
We have all had moments when, driving at high speeds, we hear little rocks pop up and hit your car. Instead of having to cross your fingers that you haven't just chipped your paint, rest easy with regular waxing: wax smooths the paint surface and will reduce the friction between debris and your car, meaning that tiny debris is more likely to slide off your car rather than damage it.
Fills in Scratches
While wax cannot remove scratches from your car, it can make them much less visible. When shallow scratches are filled in by wax they become much less apparent, or not noticeable at all. Filling in scratches can be a preferable alternative to removing them because it doesn’t require the removal of any clear coat.
A good waxing can bring your car back to life, restoring the paint job that has faded due to dirt, dings, and the hot sun. When you buy your pre-owned or brand new vehicle from us, keep it looking good with regular waxing.
